Frequently Asked Questions

What is hypnobirthing, and how does it help?

Hypnobirthing is a practical, evidence-based approach to birth that combines relaxation, breathing, visualisation, and mindset tools to help you feel calm, confident, and in control—whatever your birth looks like.

Absolutely! Birth partners are encouraged to join all courses—whether in person, group, or online. They’ll gain tools to support you during pregnancy, labour, and birth.

Anytime from 20 to 34 weeks is ideal, but it’s never too late (or too early!). The sooner you begin, the more time you’ll have to practise and build confidence.

Yes. We want our courses to be accessible for all parents, so payment plans are available across all services. Just mention it when you book your discovery call.
