I’m passionate about helping parents embrace their birthing journey with calm, confidence, and a sense of empowerment. My name is Kayla, and as an experienced hypnobirthing instructor, I’ve made it my mission to support you through one of life’s most incredible transformations.

After working with many parents, I’ve seen firsthand how hypnobirthing can change the way you experience labour. By replacing fear with calm and arming you with tools to manage pain naturally, I believe every birth can be positive, no matter the circumstances.

Through personalised courses, whether in a group or one-to-one setting, I guide you in understanding how your body works during labour and how to use breathing, relaxation, and visualisation techniques to feel in control throughout the process. My approach is holistic, focusing not just on the physical aspects of birth but also the emotional and mental well-being of both parents.

About Kayla

I began my journey into hypnobirthing after the birth of my own children. Experiencing the transformative power of hypnobirthing firsthand, I knew I wanted to help other parents feel as prepared and supported as I did. Since then, I’ve trained as a certified hypnobirthing instructor and have had the privilege of supporting numerous families on their path to a positive birth experience.

When I’m not teaching, you’ll likely find me enjoying time with my family, practicing yoga, or exploring new relaxation techniques to bring into my sessions.
