Tailored 1-to-1 Sessions Begin
If you decide to move forward, we’ll schedule your four private sessions (in person or via Zoom). Kayla will personalise everything to your needs and guide you through the tools and techniques of hypnobirthing.
Support Until Birth & Beyond
After your sessions, Kayla remains available for ongoing support via email or WhatsApp, right up to your birth. You’ll have a toolkit of resources—and someone in your corner when you need it most.

Most parents begin around 20–30 weeks, but it’s never too early or too late to start. Kayla will tailor the sessions to suit your stage of pregnancy and timeline.
Can my birth partner attend the sessions too?
Absolutely! Birth partners are always welcome and encouraged to join. They’ll learn practical tools and feel more confident about their role in supporting you during labour and birth.
What if I’ve already done some antenatal classes?
That’s perfectly fine. Hypnobirthing complements other antenatal education beautifully and often brings an extra layer of calm and confidence to your preparation.
Do you offer payment plans?
